- You are responsible for ensuring compliance when using AI Output (including intellectual property and privacy).
- Where permitted, you own the rights in User Content you provide and the AI Outputs you generate, subject to model or third‑party terms.
- The Service, including software, design, and content, is owned by NanoBanana or its licensors.
- You retain rights to your User Content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it to provide the Service.
- We integrate third‑party AI model providers, hosting, analytics, and payment processors. Their terms may apply.
- Card data is handled by payment processors and is not stored by NanoBanana.
- Prices and plans may change. We will provide notice where required.
- You authorize charges to your selected payment method.
